Error notice with gk.framework.php

The following error code notice appears on the bottom left of my website however the site is functioning normally can some please advise as to why I'm getting this code and a solution.

Hello,

I've the same error.
Did you delete the default template categories?
I think that's the problem!

I also get this error. Using version 1.6.3.
What should I do?
