Fields in Register Page

Hi, I would like don't use Personal Details fields in the register page (like gender, description, user avatar and URL).

The URL is index.php?option=com_user&view=register. Isn't it the normal Joomla! registration page?

How can I eliminate this fields?

in gavick we use language support like joomla. so take a look in the /languages/ folder and see if you can find something with gk / register / tpl_appsite etc...

Please copy this file ../language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_gk_appsite.ini
Paste into ../language/es-ES/
Rename this file to es-ES.tpl_gk_appsite.ini

Before start making your own translation, you might need to change character encode format to this file (i recommend using Notepad++).

the template uses its own register field (which is related to k2), in mystore template would be:

/templates/gk_mystore/html/com_k2/templates/register.php

so, you can eliminate those files by editing this file.
