Problem with installing quickstart package.

I am following the documentation for installing the quickstart package. I extract the package on my server and everything is fine. Problem is when I try to navigate with a browser to the folder, I get a white screen. Both root folder of quickstart package and /admin folder. I run other joomla sites fine on this server and am able to get this template loaded into another joomla installation. Of course it isn't as complete as the 'quickstart' version. The only issue I am having is getting this quickstart version running. My server is running the same cpanel version as you have in your screenshots.

It's probably something obvious I missed ..

I checked into my server settings and I'm running PHP 5.2
Any idea why it's not working?

The problem with the white screen was that php 5.3 was not installed.
