Quickstart freeze on step 4

For no reason my installation of quickstart bocked on step 4 . I am ruuning wamp server with all extension and al php stuff activated and running. Please help me!!!

I've checked the package on my local wamp server - any problems. Please attach here your server error log maybe there we can find more informations.
