First of all, thanks for the great templates your offering.
I installed appPhone template and noticed a very annoying known bug, that has not been corrected since 1.5 years ago now ( i thought this one has been corrected long time ago ) I have checked your forum, since im not the only one noticed this bug, see old discussion links below, but still no update to this issue whatsoever, why ? Looking at the demo on your website, everything works great, so i guess that the demo running on your website is a Jooma 2.5 or 3.0 ? I need the 1.5 version, since i have many custom extensions for j1.5 and im very happy with j.15 and im not planning to migrate in near future.
The Bug
The bug is directly visible when visiting the website from a iPad or iPhone or using firefox agent faker extension, the header image get cutted ( it does not show the whole image ), actually the whole website gets cutted. Specially when you make the browser window smaller or zoom in and out. This bug is also present with any modern web-browser on a computer ( desktop version), for example runnning on my macbook pro with latest Firefox or Chrome. The thing is that the bug is not visible until you rezize the window to a smaller window untill the horizontal scroller appears. Scrolling the horizontal scroller to the right will show the bug.
My settings in the template setting is set to default, both for handheld and iphone, as i dont want to use any mobile specific settings.
I have tried both quickstart version and the template only version with a fresh copy of latest joomla.1.5.
Still same problem. I read in another thread (more than 1 year ago, Tue Sep 13, 2011 ) where the gavick support/moderator says :
Posted Tue Sep 13, 2011 by Gavick Support/Moderator, This effects our template framework and it's not only an issue of css.
Please wait for further updates.
I already informed our SEO Programmer.
