Change Module Width

How would I go about changing the module width of the menu module located here: http://miraclegaming.com/dashboard

As you can see, one of the menu items is falling down because of the set width. I'd like to make this module so the menu items do not become cluttered like that.

Also, how would I go about making a menu item that says 'Login' for people who are not logged in and 'Logout' for people who are logged in? I would like to accomplish this on the main menu at the top. This menu is not a module; I think it is hard coded into the template.
