Header 1 & Header 2 resize problem

So I tried to swap the position of the header 2 module (news) and the the image show. Basically just swap positions.

When I do this, it gives me the 750px (or whatever the size of the image show) on the left (header 1 position) & a small amount of space for the header 2 (now the image show).

How and where do I resize these modules?

Go to Extensions->Template Manager and choose gk_finance_business. Here in right column find DIMENSIONS section and set Header2 column width as 75. Dimension is in %.
