Login box will not disappear

When i click on the login box it pops up fine but i can then not get rid of it unless i refresh the page, clicking off to the side does nothing, how come there is no cross to close as well?

Can you please write down your joomla version and template versions, if your website is online please also post a link in here. Thank you.
