Google fonts embedding in head.php

Hello!
I have the same problem as described in this discussion:https://www.gavick.com/support/forums/topic.html?f=132&t=12032&p=54115&hilit=cyrillic#p54115
I want to make menu items to display with PT Sans in Russian. So it seems I have to add code genterated by Google in /layouts/blocks/head.php.
But there 3 variants of code in google side:standard, @impart and Javascript! Which should I use and in which place should I add link to?
