Lightbox plugin in login/register pop-ups

Which plugin used in login/register popups? Can I use it for other purposes(images, videos, modules popups etc.) and if yes - how?

Sorry this is not a plugin but a javascript build in template and for this 2 buttons only. Anyway You can try to use modal which is included within joomla.
