Some help with the regiter form

Hi, We have change our entire site to use k2 and the world news II, but have some problems with the registration form field name (marked as red in the screenshot). I think we have all the fields translated to spanish, but these three fields didn't change. Where can i change this fields?
The last thing i have tried it's editing components/com_k2/templates/register.php but didn´t work.
Please how can I change the fields marked as red and remove the title marked in green.

And it's possible to add recaptcha to the registration form? (We have a lot of user spam)

Check the lang file for the k2.
