[SOLVED] World news template how to get rid of the bottom module

Hi have a website http://www.in2town.co.uk/ which uses the slow world news template and at the bottom where it says discount shopping, it appears twice and i would like to know how to get rid of this. any help would be great

Those positions are called middlenav1 and middlenav2

So disable one of them.

Joomla Admin > Extensions > Module Manager > in Filter boxes where it says "Select Position" select middlenav1 or middlenav2 . Then disable the module which is published.
