Menu problem

hi i am working on my site at the moment http://www.in2town.co.uk and i am having a problem with the menu. My problem is, top menu 1 is not working. when i put titles of pages on this menu they show but you cannot click them and i do not understand why.

also i would like to know how we can change the colour of the grey menu on the site and if it is also possible to have another menu going under middle menu as i would like to add more sections. if this is not possible can anyone please suggest how to showcase my other sections please

I just opened the site and could click on all menu items, have you fixed the issue out?
