How can i release K2 cooments and Tags section from homepage?

You need to unpublish modules from tabX positions so please go to module manager and find this modules then just make them disabled.

i unpublished k2 comments and k2 tabs modules but they are still homepage

Please delete tabs in GK Tab settings, just open Tab Manager and delete this tabs.
