Featured articles on the "Home"

I installed the quickstart package and I was wondering how I can put on the featured items of the Joomla Core articles (NOT K2) under the "TOP1 - TOP2 - TOP3" modules?

Anyone?

When I go to Admin - Menu - MAIN MENU - HOME it states that

Select category (the category which contains items"
Leading: 1
Intro: 3
...

But nothing shows up.
The Joomla Core content items are also featured, but nothing shows up.

What am I missing ?

Please look at template settings and make sure that mainbody is enabled on fronted. Probably now it is set to show 'component only' at this is way you don't see Joomla mainbody in Home menu item.
