How to delete Line in Subpages

how can i delete the line that always shows up like picture attached.
its only in the subpages and not seen on the frontpage.

i added it but its still the same problem.
is it possible that it is the line after a article?

I tried the code with Firebug and it did remove the line, if it didn't work for you please PM me with backend access then I will try for you.
