Articles doubling up in main body

Hi
I'm having a problem where articles are doubling up on the page, one below the other.
If i clear the system cache then one article is displayed however a reload causes it to double up again.

I have disabled all cache modules (or so i believe) as suggested in another post however this has not fixed the problem.

An example can be seen below.

Any help would be greatly appraciated.
