Secondary menu in footernav position with submenu mouse over

Hi all,
I am trying to set up a second menu (not as important as Main menu) in eSport at position footernav.
This second menu goes just under mainmenu that has GK Extra Menu enabled like in default eSport template (and I want it to stay like that, no GK Dropline Menu, then it is possible to have the second menu in the footernav position.

I want to put another menu where people could see my submenus when mouse is over just like it does in the Mainmenu !

But I get something like that and do not like it at all :

I want that "how to pay ?" be visible only when mouse is over "Help"
Is there a simple simple solution ?
I have been looking around for a long time and tried many things, but it does not work. All I can do is put my submenu on the right !
Please help.

unfortunetly it is extra customization and we don't support it.

Certainly, like many of the demands in the forum, but there must be a simple solution to implement that. I am really surprised of your answer.
Is there anybody that could help me ?
