Crash web products when update language

Hello
I download quickstart gk_eSport.
Installation proccess ok, but when install spanish language and config by default, all virtuemart demo products and category disappear from both the administrator and the user part.
I need a solution with this problem.

I paid for a service and I can not use.
They are very fast to get the money, but I see that they are equal to troubleshoot their products.
I need a solution or failing that my money back.

Please do not bump Your own posts. it's moving Your question to the end of the line or in some cases system is finiding it as "Answered" and not visible for moderators.

Your problem is not related with our products. Please simply install VM over the existing version so it reognize new languages and will create tabled in database for it.
