Hi, you need only popup effect for any link? If yes, no problem but you have to install Modalizer (http://www.nonumber.nl/extensions/modalizer) - it will help you create modal popup window links. Modalizer can also convert any existing link in your website to modal popup window link. Free version should be good enough.
