500 - An error has occurred. backend login

After i installed twice the quickstart package I get the same error when i try to login in the backend.
500 - An error has occurred.
I verified dozens of times my username and password but i cannot log in the admin.
PS : During installation everything works fine.
Please help me!

Problem solved!
When i enter my username instead of "admin", for an unknown reason the username transform into "adminmyusername". Why is happening that?

Hi

This shouldn't be happening. Try maby redownload the package. I've tried to install quickstart on 3 different servers to check a different problem reported, but haven't noticed any. Couple of days ago our server has collapsed maby You've downloaded the package in that time and it could be broken.
