On the home site using two modules of the NSP. The two were working. When updated to version 3.3.7 (mod_news_pro_gk4_J! 30_compatible) it stopped working. When we click the arrows in the vertical scroller nothing happens. The articles do not change.

Any idea how to solve the problem?

This is the website address.

Hi

Please try force disable loading javascript in one of them. If this will not work please send me an access to joomla panel.

Hi

Ok. I've investigated the problem and looks like it's not connected with javascript, which is the most common issue. Please send me an FTP access, because it looks like module is not picking all settings from database.

For your info following is the error when clicking on arrows.
Code: Select all
start_item is not defined
current_art = start_item;

Code: Select all

Hi

This message is for You to check server settings and let us know if magic quotes are enabled or disabled in Your server settings. Than try with this option ON and OFF. Option should be available to change in php.ini file.

Thanks for the help.
I could not solve the problem with the changes.
