Anchor Link To Comments Crowds Rating

When displayed in a category article listing following the title of the item, the anchor link to comments crowds the "Rate This Item" texts by being too close to the word 'Rate'.

Is there a way to have the comments link follow rather than proceed the "Rate This Item" text and stars display?
or
Is there a way to add a space in front of the "Rate This Item" text?
