How do I change the links twitter, facebook that are at the bottom of the page? There is a module?

I have to create the API ID of facebook. Is there a way to do this? Should I link to a group that I created on Facebook

The link is always set to current page URL, this is how Like, Tweet buttons work. You can modify template/html/com_content/article/default.php and modify $cur_url variable. But then you will have the same URL for all articles which is not the best solution.
