problem when trying to order

Hi!

The last problem I am encountering during my trip to configure my site is about orders via K2 store. I tried to make an order but everything goes wrong. Wrong price, Wrong quantity and total. What should I configure in order to fix it?

Hi

First of all please rename /html/com_k2store to /html/_com_k2store so Your site will not use a template override for this component. Than please check if issue is still there. If yes than I must be a K2store problem. Unfortunately we are not K2store component experts, we only make styles for it to fit template, so You will need to contact its developers.

thanks for the answer. I supposed you meant components/com_k2store ..or not? I renamed this file but I got back error. Have you any other suggestion?

If the same error is visible even if template override is disabled than this issue is related with K2store component and not our template. Which means You need to ask K2store developers for help, unfortunately I'm not a K2store expert, sorry.
