Why modules are locked ?

HI

I have install gk_restaurant_quickstart_J!25
but I have 3 modules locked, why ?

I can't open them he said that I cant because I have not create them ...
and it is the 3 only modules how are in language english like you can see on picture
so How can I do to open them ?

like I am french in adminstration I have install French language
if I cant open the modules
I cant work on my site ...
and so I cant put it online ... it is my professinnel site
I have to put it online quickly

Click the "lock" icon an they will be unlocked.

I cant clic on them there is an error but pictures havent been upload

he said I cant open them because it is not me how have create them
so in the install how can I change the module creator or how can I open them ?
I can give you admin passwords
and you can see that nothing hapen when you clic on module links !...
