I run a test on my website and saw there is a query to toolbar.webacceleration.com. Can somone explain me how I can disable this because it needs 1.06 sec. loading time of my website and dont work.

http://textlinkmarktplatz.bauen-mit-system.com/ tested with firebug/network/JS

I don't see this address or request from your site to "toolbar.webacceleration.com ", can you please check your website from a different computer.
