Where would I find the core html for the bikestore template?

I am looking to edit the core html for the bikestore template.
I am also looking to edit the core html for the virtuemart for the bikestore template.

I am using Joomla 2.5

ad 1) gk_bikestore\layouts, especially: gk_bikestore\layouts\default.php
ad 2) gk_bikestore\html, especially:
gk_bikestore\html\com_virtuemart
gk_bikestore\html\mod_virtuemart_cart
gk_bikestore\html\mod_virtuemart_category
