How to add thumbnail images in the "What we do Module"

i want to add my thumbnail work images to the what we do module, kindly guide me.

i have attached image of the same... please be detailed as possible as am new to Joomla and still learning.

as you can see & check this images are from articles.

i have gone through the Module Manager, then gone through the configuration file, all seems to be ok to me, all clear to me from module perspective.

then i went to the Articles and picked funny little boy article, i tried changing the image from the main article, then from intro image article, then from the full image article, but all failed, the image is not updating on the main web side.

i have made sure to use the size of the thumbnail 340x260 pix in Photoshop, but all failed.

i cannot understand why is it difficult for you to explain the steps on how to change the image thumbnail from first time i logged the ticket, i have just wasted 3 days figuring this out... do you call this support!

can you now please show me how to do that in straight forward steps?
