Remove header from home page

Is there a way to remove the word "Home" from the a home page? I may want the title there on some pages and not for others. Haven't found an easy answer on Wordpress forums. The demo site home page doesn't show the word home on the home screen...

Nevermind, figured it out. Added CSS to the specific post: article#post-33 h2 a {display: none !important;}

Currently the method with CSS code is the best way to hide the titles on the selected pages, because there is no other options for it, but I'll investigate if it can be easily implemented.
