Site looks awful on Internet expoler

your 'creative' demo site looks fine on Windows 8/ internet explorer.
Ive done edits to it and my site looks fine on safari/firefox and on mobile
but my site looks awful on Windows 8/ internet explorer...link below
also-contact form does not show
why do think that is?

Did you install quickstart package? and did you apply some changes on theme core files? I'm not sure but it seems to be problem with widget positions, I'll try to help, but need backend access to your website, please send me a PM if you can.

i dont think i modified any core files
i did most of my changes with widgets

Source of problem is located in Mainbody Bottom widgets position, you forgot about close tag </figure>, IE is very sensitive to this.
Now Theme structure is displayed properly, but remember that IE v. 8 is generally outdated and there's lacks of support for some features. (no rounding corners etc.)
