How to improve it??

In the demo site, the loading time is also very slow.

You create a topic in Photoslide category and asking about News Show Pro so please tell what is the module that you talking ? By demo site you mean our server (demo.gavick.com) ? I don't notice any template which is loading slowly on our server ...
