500 Error post registration?

Hi guys,

I've recently been experiencing a 500 error on my gamenews site.

After users register they seem to see this error screen when they try to login.

What could be causing this - is it a permissions error?

Are You using regular joomla registration or a different one ? If it's regular lets start with overwritting com_users with a clean copy of joomla installation to exclude a broken file case. If this will not work than send me an access to joomla panel.
