Can an image be used for the Event name on the home page?

I would like to use an image in the place of the Event name on the Fest Wordpress template. How can I make that possible and make it responsive? What size images would they need to be, and what code would I need to enter in the Widget?

In general you have to put the image instead of the header used in the marked text or div with specific sizes and background image and then on the tablet.css and mobile.css you have to specify smaller dimensions for that div and smaller images as background.
