Hi,

I followed the instructions to change the GK Speakers slugs and custom posts:
http://www.gavick.com/documentation/wor ... -speakers/

However after everything broke and resetting the permalinks wasn't of any use, I changed back to the original settings with for some reason seems to have broken the Speaker category. Now all posts appear one below the other, without any styling and all the information.

Why is that? and how can I fix it?

Hello,

Did you change your category filename to the previous version? Fest/category-speakers.php file.

In this case, please send me a backend and FTP access, then I'll be able to check it exactly.

After analyzing the code a bit further, I realized the following things:
=> The source code has been severely altered!
Details (non-exhaustive):
==> the section class "speakers-page" has turned into "category-page"
==> the body class has an added "customize-support loaded"
==> the first three sections with the ids "gk-page-top", "gk-header-top" and "gk-page-wrap" have been transformed into divs.
==> the header div with the category title has disappeared completely, as well as the one defining the class "speakers-page-desc".
(this analysis is based on a comparison of both the FEST Live Demo Source code and the one of my current one for the Speaker category's page)

I haven't edited any of the .php files. So how can there be such a discrepancy?
I am looking forward to your comments and I hope this helps solving the issue of the broken Speaker category page.

Thanks for your support

Hi,

Slug of your speakers category is artist, not artists. I've changed you category-artists.php into category-artist.php and it works properly.
