Speakers - Single Page

Hi. I've installed the GK Speakers plugin.

I have changed the Custom Post Name to Artists and also changed the category-speakers.php and single-gavern_speakers.php files to accommodate the name change as instructed in the settings.

Site is staged at: http://idreamtlastnight.com/urart/category/artists/

When I click on an artist, it takes me to a normal post page instead of the fancy single page template as shown in the demo.

Have I missed a step somewhere?
