Bottom Modules positions not adjusting properly

Hello,

Please see the attachement.

The bottom3 module positions are not adjusting properly when the browser window gets smaller. In the screen shot there are 4 modules in the 'bottom3' module position, and when the browser gets smaller they adjust to:

3 across
1 acros

it should be

2 across
2 across

and then, for an iPhone, it should be only 1 module per line.

Please assist, The website is in development, so I can't give a link to the site.
