Hello,
I turned off the responsive feature on my site however when the site loads as the desktop version, it is loading zoomed in to the top left corner of the site. It is not showing the site as a whole but just the top left.

Please help, our site has launched and it is causing a lot of problems to our clients.

Probably becasue width of the site is same as desktop. SO you need to do horizontal scroll to move from left to right side. It is correct behavior when you turn off responsive.
