search mod in black menu bar

Hi Gavick team,

I am trying to put the search module inside the black menu bar, but until now I only got to place underneath the bar.

Could you help me out on this one?

sure but without URL it will be hard.
But try to add margin-top:-50px; for this object.

The site is currently still running in localhost.

It does move upwards, but it hides itself behind the bar. To demonstrate it i've put the margin to -20px.

I've tried to play around with the z-index but it doesn't seem to make a difference.

I've put this in the css override.
.newstyle {margin-top:-20px; z-index: 50;}

Can I push it somehow to front?

maybe try to use bigger value for z-index : 9999 ?

1) You have to override z-index which have menu, use this:

.gkMenu { z-index: 1; }
#offlajn-ajax-search583 .offlajn-ajax-search-container { margin-top: -20px;}

and will be almost perfect.

I have added it to "gk_gamenews - Default" only, do this same for rest of styles.
