I would like to know why my template says need update the template, but i did and the messages for update still appear in my theme.

Hi, first check in Extension Manger which version do you have if the latest (3.8) - be happy!
p.s.
you don't have to check this Tab every Monday.
It always shows all updates for this template only for info reasons.
