For example, as shown in the demo home page.

Tablet have screen 7", 8,9" or 10,1 "
Mobile screen: from 3,2" to 6"

Sorry, as you see, is so hard to say
that's why I suggest 3 options:

1) Responsive image for banner
2) Create banner using CSS3 features
3) Use text ads for mobile view
