template update?

Hello, its is my firs post.
Recently I installed the creative template and in my first impressions I have seen that the sub-menus in the main menu dissapears frecuently making it annoying and dificult to select the options.

I see that he template it have an update available, but when click in download joomla send me to the download creative template page and I dont see any update. I see two quickstart creative templates and other files, but I dont see updates.

However I tried install the quickstart creative file of 4mb size from extension manager but an server error have reported me.

Can you help me with this, thx

If you haven't modify the template then you can just replace the template directory and the template language file via FTP using the template package.

I already changed the template so much for replace it. Some other way to update it, thx.

I removed the animation values in menu options and the submenus already no disappears. I can live without the menu animation feature, but I liked it for my website. There are not exist some type of doc to update the templates, what file is the template update, and new features or template fixes are included in it? thx in advance

I've also checked the Creative template on the test server and the menu is working fine for me with submenus.
