Parallax images missing when jump navigating to top.

I've got an odd issue with a new site at recycledtranscripts.com. The Parallax works beautifully scrolling down the page but when you get down to the bottom and click on the "take a tour" button it jumps me back to the top anchor but most of the parallax images are gone. Scrolling a little makes them suddenly reappear. I had removed some of the bottom modules and not sure if this created a gap but it's strange.

I'm just know creating the content of the site but thought I would post before I got too far to see if anyone would pick it up.

Kind of, I needed to finish the site quickly for a conference we have coming up so it seemed like the best approach to just redirect to an article until I can figure out what is causing it. It still does it so I may need to revisit and I've attached the screen shot of what it looks like. Any thoughts would still be appreciated.

Unfortunetly without seeing it at ilie I can't help you. Ket me know when you will able to switch it. And one more quiestion. Do you see this issue in all browsers ?
