problem with displaying module custom html

Hi,
I need some help.
I've got the following problem: The module which appears as "About
MEET OUR TALENTED TEAM..." in the demo version is displayed with errors (see the photo in attachment). The :hover function doesn't work at all. The template has been installed from quickstart twice. Once installed, it works. However, if you press "save" (and don't do anything else), the module "falls apart".
html uses (col4 animate_queue).
Yet, there's no problem if you use e.g. (gkTestimonial col4 animate). Our provider is nazwa.pl. What to do? Where to find the solution? Should I contact our provider ? If yes, what should I ask them? (There is absolutely no problem with the other 18 joomla databases.)

Did you tried to disable the WYSIWYG editor and used the HTML5 code below?

Most probably your editor cuts the HTML5 code which is necessary in this element.
