Your CREATIVITY Quickstart download file isn't working

Your CREATIVITY Quickstart download file isn't working. I installed it into Joomla 3.0 and it's not being recognized as a template. There were no errors in my download as I received the full zip file. When I uploaded the file into the back-end of Joomla through my Extension Manager it says the file was successfully uploaded, but the Template Manager can't find it.

What am I doing wrong?

I dont understand this quote, "If you have Joomla! already running (installed) you can’t use Quickstart package with sample data without losing all old content. You need to install template and additional extensions independently via the Joomla installer.".

What do they mean that I need to install template and additional extensions independently via the Joomla installer? Are they saying that I need to use my back-end extensions manager and upload my files?

The link to the directions of template installation aren't very clear to me. It would be more helpful to have a video. Can you just give me a simple step guide on how to do this?

For example:

1.) Install Quickstart Creative template through extentions manager
2.) Install extentions file through extentions manager
3.) Etc. Etc...

Yes we have plan to create a video tutorials for our clients soon, in next months. But right now...try to understand only this GOLD SENTENCE:
You can not install Joomla via Joomla Extenstion Manager - because Quickstart also includes CMS Joomla.
