I'm developing on localhost

basic settings> Template color by choosing an option from among the 6 do not see change.

What is the DIFFERENCE from one to the other?

Without access to your site I cant help much :(.

Basically you should see changes in menu coloring, "Welcome to the Business Portfolio Website" section colors.
