Hi there

I am noticing that the news show/feed is not displaying a thumbnail, just a small link button. Having checked the modules/mod_news_pro_gk5/cache directory, I can see no thumbnail file that corresponds to the underlying (full) image.

Also, the link in the news show/feed states a <img src> to a file which doesnt exist.

Are there any logs or info that you can provide that would help me understand why the thumbnails would have failed?

Also, I am guessing they are queued up, and done in the background. Does news pro 5 execute periodically or how does this happen? Just wondering if I can attempt to re-trigger from the shell/command line?

Rgds

Hi

Please try rise the memory limit and select to use cURL in module settings. Check also if You have the latest GD Library installed on server and if cache folder in NSP has permissions of 755. Make some tests with 777 for a while as well.

Sorry I didn't get a chance to say thank you for this. THANKS! It seems to be working OK at the moment.
