Creative captcha-recaptcha

I have posted a question since last week nobody from Gavick has replied.......I got a quick response on sale question now I am committed no replies???? I have looked at all the posing concerning captcha none applies to my situation
NB: I am using one of your template GAME everything works fine on that template

The recaptcha is showing on the contact form but not on the Registration form (creative template)
I read the documentation you have and everything checked out well ...decided to inspect the elements saw the following error

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property 'innerHTML' of null recaptcha_ajax.js:174
Invalid App Id: Must be a number or numeric string representing the application id. all.js:54
FB.getLoginStatus() called before calling FB.init(). all.js:54

I can see Your other question, noone replied that, becuase You have bumped it before we got to it and moderator system has marked it as solved by accident.

First of all please check if there is no 2 recaptchas called on the same page. Google doesn't allow to use it twice at the same time. Than please show me Your site.

I don't have two on the same page....website: www.tonnee.com ...the contact works but not the registration

That's interesting. I've installed a copy of template on my server to check the code and it's working fine. Please try update template and joomla (expecally re-captcha plugin) to the latest version, than try rename /html/com_user to /html/_com_user. If none will work than please send me an access to ftp.

I have send Your access to programmers, beuase I cannot see why it's not working. But I have found a thread on joomla forum with ppl reporting same problem. I think it may be a bug in joomla itself. Will let You know when programmers answer.

Programmers has pointed me the fact that recaptcha is also not working on a default joomla template. These means that problem is with recaptcha plugin. I would suggest to create a different API and configure it one more time, maybe this will work. If this won't than You will have to ask about this problem in joomla forum or use a different recaptcha plugin since the joomla one doesn't work properly on Your site.

Please make sure re-captcha plugin is updated and that the configuration is correct. Than send me an access to joomla panel if this still will not be working.
