Hi

Is it working correctly when my changes are reversed ? If yes than I'm afraid this is more extended issue I thought and You will need a virtuemart developer to fix it.

All I've done was to change variables names. This should not affect the display at all.

Hello,

is there any progress with this?

I have the same problem, none of my custom fields are showing, I read all possible forums and no solution...

Can you please try to help me? I understand that this might be a Virtuemart problem.... I tried to replace the default file with the one attached earlier in this post, although I think I already had that one.. Nothing changed... Maybe I am using it wrong, but I have followed the instructions at Virtuemart forum.

Thank you very much in advance.

Hi

The bug in VM is because of wrong variable names used for custom fields. All I've done in the file was to retipe this names to correct one. Problems with style mentioned later must be a bigger problem according to this bug, because my changes in code could not affect popups. I think VM developers must deal with this bug first before I'll be able to add my 3 coins to this.

Sure, I understand.

But I saw that to some people the custom field appears as a button or something, but to me, it doesn't appear at all, I don't know if I'm making some kind of mistake or what...

Would it be a problem for you to take a look, when you have the time?

Thank you.

I forgot to tell you, I have removed all of the custom fields from the administrator, since they were not showing up. Feel free to add one anywhere you want for a test, the page is offline anyway.

Thank you.

Hi

Please prepare this custom fields and tell me the url where should I see them. Than I'll just check the code and see where it's hiding.

Hmm, this is interesting, I have put up a string and a cart variant. And the string actually works! :D That's awesome. I didn't see that before, probably because of cache?... cause it must have been fixed when I replaces the default file.

I'm sending you the links now.

Hi

I've checked Your site, but custom fields are displaying correctly. I've noticed something that maybe @Dissenybcn may benefit from. Looks like custom fields needs to be attached to one of available positions. I do not know where this can be configured, but on Your site it's set to "ontop" while on @Dissenybcn it was not attached to position at all.

@kopin can You describe Your problem one more time. Custom positions are fine I think. Look at the screen below. All fields attached to product are displayed.

Yes, the Custom Field type String is showing normally, but Cart Variant isn't showing at all.

Hi

I've checked and I cannot figure out which part of the code is responsible for Cart Variants. I'm afraid You need to ask on VM forum. Sorry.
