Is it possible to have the check out screen on more than one page like most standard e-commerce sites?

I remember you could do this in original Virtuemart.

You can use only VirtueMart check out page so for more help you should ask on VirtueMart support forum, I'm not sure that VM still provide this multi-step check-out page.
